Sports Therapy Testimonials

It is difficult for me to relate how important a factor I believe massage is for assisting my recovery from training or races. All the more so when involved in a multi-day event such as a stage race. I get frustrated by folks offering such services, but essentially being ineffectual as they are either insufficiently trained or lacking in strength and technique to do the job. Laura is right at the other end of the spectrum, she absolutely knows what she is doing and delivers a first class service.

Tony Purnell, Head of Technical Development, British Cycling.

Over the years I have had a number of injuries no matter what club I was at Laura would be my first port of call when requiring treatment, rehabilitation programs or a sports massage. Laura is vey caring and highly skilled and is always available at short notice. Laura has always delivered excellent advice and treatment.

Gavin Tomlin, Crawley Town FC.

After years of racing and using massage as a tool to recover it was a delight to connect with Laura at the Haute Route. Her work was one of the foundations that made the event not only successful but also a lot of fun.

John Winsor, Victor and Spoils, USA.

Laura's massages have been excellent. They are always what you need after a very hard training session. They are very effective and very diverse. Laura's Strengths are not just deep tissue, she is able to adapt the treatment to exactly what I require at the time.

Kevin George, Ex-Professional Footballer. Founder of The Vivo Team, London, UK.

After ten months of planning and hard work, hours on the bike every week, including training camps away, lab test, new equipment, coaches and races, the wisest decision we took to help get us through the Haute Route Pyrenees was bringing Laura on board for daily massages and management of injuries. Managing and supporting a team of tired and stressed riders, through 7 days of intense competition, crashes and injuries, Laura helped to maximise recovery off the bike and get our battered bodies to the start line each day feeling as ready to go as possible. Laura’s knowledge and expertise, allied to boundless enthusiasm and smiles made her an indispensable member of the team. With Laura’s help, we finished 3rd overall in the team competition and had top ten places in every category we entered from a field of hundreds; including the under 40, over 40’s, over 50’s and the women’s race.

David Emery, London, UK.
